The Birth of KakiJoy
KakiJoy was founded by Jackson and Carven, two visionaries dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through innovative solutions. Jackson, with a background in engineering, had a passion for using technology to improve everyday living. His final year project at university focused on creating a smart home system to support elderly individuals, showcasing his commitment to wellness and quality of life.
At 26, Jackson began experiencing recurring waist pain. Despite numerous visits to physiotherapists and osteopaths, his relief was only temporary. Frustrated by the persistent pain, he sought out alternative solutions. One day, he discovered an insole company promoting insoles for health benefits. Intrigued, he purchased a pair and was amazed by the relief they provided.
After wearing these insoles, Jackson felt significantly better; his waist pain eased, and he could walk for longer periods. Impressed by these results, he quickly bought a pair for his parents, who also suffered from waist and knee pain and had difficulty walking long distances. However, after a few weeks, his parents developed plantar fasciitis due to the hardness of the insoles. This experience highlighted the need for truly customized solutions, reinforcing the founders' resolve to create KakiJoy.

This sparked Jackson & Carven's curiosity, leading them to delve into the science of insoles and their impact on body health. They traveled to oversea, attending courses on insoles and foot health. Through their research, they realized that the insoles Jackson had bought were not universally effective because every foot is unique. These template insoles couldn't cater to individual needs.
Returning to Malaysia, Jackson & Carven partnered with CK, a graduate in Sport Science with an in-depth understanding of body structure. Together, they embarked on a mission to develop insoles that could provide personalized relief and enhance the lives of their clients. Their goal was simple: to help people walk without pain and with joy.
This personal journey underscored a crucial lesson: not all insoles are created equal, and the right solution must consider individual differences in foot structure and needs. With this understanding, KakiJoy began its mission to offer personalized insoles tailored to individual needs, providing lasting relief and improved well-being for everyone. This commitment to customization and quality continues to drive them in helping their clients walk without pain and with joy.
