What is included in the RM99 assessment?
A 20–30 minute session with 3D foot scanning, walking gait observation, a check of your current shoes, and walking posture coaching, at our Kepong or Johor Bahru store.
Are your insoles really custom, or just trimmed ready-made ones?
Every pair of KakiJoy insoles is designed from a 3D scan of one specific pair of feet. No templates, no shoe-size presets. Each insole is then handmade in Malaysia by our craftsmen.
Will custom insoles correct / support my child's flat feet?
Custom insoles support and align the foot. They do not replace medical treatment. Most parents notice meaningful improvements in three months when their child wears the insoles daily and follows our walking posture coaching. Full stable results typically take 8 to 12 months.
What age range do you work with?
We specialise in children aged 4 to 12, often called the golden window for foot correction. We also fit insoles for teens and adults dealing with heel pain, plantar fasciitis, or posture-related discomfort.
