Who we are
KakiJoy is a Malaysian custom-orthotic-insole provider with stores in Kepong (Kuala Lumpur) and Johor Bahru, serving families across Klang Valley, Selangor, and Johor. In this policy "we", "us", and "our" refer to KakiJoy.
What we collect
- Contact details — name, phone, WhatsApp number, email when you book an assessment, fill a form, or message us.
- Foot-health information — your or your child's age, foot scan data, gait observations, and notes from the assessment.
- Order information — billing details and delivery address when you purchase a custom insole or service.
- Website usage — basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) via standard cookies. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To deliver the service you asked for (assessment, custom insole, follow-up, replacement).
- To contact you about your appointment, order, or follow-up adjustments.
- To send foot-health tips and updates if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and services in aggregate (no individual profiling).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary with:
- The orthotists and technicians fabricating your insole.
- Delivery couriers for your order.
- Doctor partners we work with — only when you have asked for a referral or shared case.
- Service providers we rely on (web hosting, email, form processing) under data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for the duration of your 5-year service plan plus a reasonable archival period (typically 7 years) to support warranty, returns, and follow-up. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Your rights under Malaysian PDPA
